Returns & Refunds

At CuteKids, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is satisfied with their purchase — whether in-store or online. Effective: April 2026.

Initiate Request

Contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of receiving your order via email (cutekids@gmail.com) or phone.

Verify & Prepare

Provide your order number, description, and clear photos of the items. Ensure they are unused and in original packaging.

Pickup or Drop-off

We will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the items to any CuteKids branch or warehouse.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following strict conditions to ensure safety and quality standards:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase for perishables, or 48 hours for non-perishable items.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation, payment receipt) is presented.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to health, safety, and regulatory standards:

  • Fresh produce, fruits, and vegetables (unless delivered damaged or spoiled).
  • Cooked or prepared foods.
  • Opened personal care, hygiene, or baby products.
  • Frozen or refrigerated goods that have been handled outside the store.
  • Discounted or sale items clearly marked as 'Final Sale' or items damaged due to customer mishandling after purchase.

3. Refund and Exchange Timelines

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed via your original payment channel:

  • Cash Payments: Refund in cash at the store within 24 hours of approval.
  • Bank Transfer or POS Payments: Refund credited to original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Online Card / Wallet Payments: Refund processed within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Damaged / Incorrect Orders: Resolved within 24 hours at no cost to you (including free pickup and redelivery).
