Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and packed in its original bags with all premium Cute-Kids tags attached.
Send the package to our Central Logistics Hub in Lagos. Detailed address details will be sent in your return confirmation email.
Once your parcel undergoes warehouse sorting and inspection, we'll send a confirmation alert. Verified returns are refunded to your original bank account or card gateway (processed via Paystack/Flutterwave) within 5-10 business days.
To safeguard hygienic standards, socks, kids underwear, custom customized prints, and discounted sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
