CuteKids operates both online and in physical retail locations in the United Kingdom. To use our platform or place orders, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date account details.
• Agree to use our services exclusively for lawful purposes.

All orders placed are subject to stock availability and confirmation. CuteKids reserves the right to cancel or limit orders.

• Pricing: Displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP) and inclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
• Accepted Payments: Cash (in-store only), Debit/credit card (POS & online), Bank transfer, approved digital wallets.
• Order Process: Payments must be completed and authorized before online orders are processed and dispatched.

We deliver to select zones. Delivery fees and timelines are clearly calculated at checkout:

• Same-day Delivery: Available for orders completed before 12:00 PM (subject to availability).
• Standard UK Delivery: 1–2 business days.
• Scheduled Delivery: Choose your preferred time slot at checkout.
• Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply. Perishables not collected within 24h may be cancelled with partial refund.

We represent our catalog as accurately as possible. These terms conform strictly with standard UK consumer guidelines:

• Significant description differences: Contact us within 24 hours for a prompt resolution.
• Liability Limit: Total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the value of that specific order.
• Governing Law: Governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
